Two styles of traditional Okinawan Weaponry. includes; Bo, Sai, Tonfa, Kama, Nunchaku, Eaku, Nunti, etc.,. Rank of 10th Kyu in karate is suggested prior to Weaponry training. Association membership is also required.

Yasui Shinjou utilizes whisper soft movements that calm, tone, and restore. Format is not performance based thus is great for relieving stress or chronic disorders. Participant level milestones enhance sense of accomplishment. (Also Tai Chi Saber available)
